Jean Mohr

Founder of THRIVE TO BE, Professional Coach and Consultant

Jean Mohr is a proven, high-performing Human Resources leader with a passion for developing the competitive advantage of an engaged, committed workforce. With experience leading teams in small, mid-market, and large firms, she is currently the Founder and Principal of THRIVE TO BE Coaching and Consulting, LLC.

Throughout her career, Jean has been coaching professionals at all levels within organizations to help them realize their full leadership potential. Strong leaders create fully engaged teams, and fully engaged teams create highly successful organizations. This premise is the foundation of Jean's results.

Professionally trained as a Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, Jean is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and Human Resources Professionals of Minnesota.

Jean completed her undergraduate degree through St. Olaf College and the University of Minnesota, where she graduated with honors. She consistently continues her education through regular attendance at leadership, coaching, and human resources conferences and seminars.
